I’ve been toying around with the idea of making an iOS game, so I started to prototype.

I’ve been playing around with different shaders, and transparency was the first thing to come to mind. I was wondering if transparency is a viable solution to obstacles that are in front of (and blocked by) the player, so I made this.

It add a new dimension of challenge, and a fair one. You can see all the obstacles and there are no impossible solutions. I’m going to keep toying around with it and see what other interesting obstacles I can throw at the player. I still can’t shake the feeling that I’m on to something…
